What you will do

• Perform setup of assembly lines and operate multiple production lines independently.
• Carry out assembly operations, read drawings, and follow work instructions.
• Complete quality assurance documentation and conduct inspections.
• Maintain equipment via TPM and 5S activities, manage materials, and ensure smooth flow.
• Train operators, supervise workers, identify and repair defects.
• Collaborate on troubleshooting, adjust parameters, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• English: A1 (basic level)
• Secondary vocational education (3-year program).
• 2–5 years of operational experience.
• Independence, proactivity, basic problem-solving, and computer literacy.
• High motivation, team ability, and understanding of relevant technologies.
