What you will do

• Create data-backed design assets, including ad sets and landing pages, to improve digital marketing KPIs.
• Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Design and implement A/B tests and experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazyegg.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with media and content teams to align creative assets with audience insights and campaign goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, iterating designs based on feedback and data insights.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on performance creative and CRO.
• 1 year of experience in motion graphics.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing tools.
• Knowledge of performance marketing metrics, A/B testing, and heatmapping.
• Must have established work authorization and permanently reside in Canada.
