Focus on identifying tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) of malicious campaigns and producing detailed technical reports for remediation.

What you will do

• Provide expertise in malware prevention, detection, and remediation.
• Analyze and evaluate HTML, CSS, and JavaScript using security and forensic tools.
• Identify TTPs used in malicious campaigns to trace sources and offending parties.
• Produce detailed reports outlining malicious file characteristics and signatures.
• Communicate highly technical security information to clients and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related IT fields.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, C, Python, Ruby, or C++.
• Understanding of static and dynamic analysis and reverse engineering of malicious code.
• Experience with various operating systems including Windows, ChromeOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be subject to and pass a background check.

Nice to have

• SOC experience.
• Ability to read and decode obfuscated JavaScript.
• 1+ years of experience implementing automation scripts.
• Experience with security research, write-ups, and public speaking.
• Understanding of programmatic ad serving and mobile-specific malware.
