What you will do

• Ensure the technical quality of services delivered by the seafood team.
• Manage the technical competence and performance of aquaculture and supply chain auditors through certification reviews and witness audits.
• Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager on sourcing, onboarding, and training of auditors.
• Act as the internal and external subject matter expert for the seafood sector.
• Maintain key client relationships and utilize sectoral knowledge to drive business growth.
• Manage reports and certification decisions to meet agreed KPIs.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification relevant to seafood, marine environment, fisheries, aquaculture, or food science.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in seafood, fisheries, aquaculture, or food processing.
• Minimum 1 year of auditing experience in the food or seafood sectors.
• Up-to-date knowledge of at least one environmental, food safety, or aquaculture management system.
• Proficiency in quality assurance schemes, auditing protocols, HACCP, and GMP.
• English: Good spoken and written proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with accredited certification schemes and auditing, specifically ASC aquaculture schemes.
