Weβre looking for an experienced Community Manager to take ownership of our online communities across Telegram, WhatsApp, and Facebook.
πΉ What youβll do:
β’ Moderate discussions and maintain a friendly, respectful environment
β’ Provide first-line user support and escalate complex cases
β’ Create educational content, platform updates, and announcements (EN/RU/UA)
β’ Manage community bots and engagement tools
β’ Organize online activities to boost engagement
β’ Collect user feedback and share insights with Product, Support, and Marketing teams
β’ Monitor community sentiment and prepare reports
πΉ Weβre looking for someone who:
β’ Is native in one of the following: English, Russian, or Ukrainian, with C1 in the other two βοΈ
β’ Has 4+ years of experience in Community Management or Support
β’ Has worked in fintech, trading, crypto, blockchain, iGaming, or similar industries
β’ Confidently uses Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Facebook
β’ Understands trading basics and is comfortable working with high-risk products
β’ Is ready to work 2/2 schedule (12-hour shifts, day or night shifts available by choice)
