What you will do

• Manage and support a client portfolio, prioritizing client needs.
• Handle account administration, including cash management, transfers, and stock exchange orders.
• Monitor risk and compliance indicators to anticipate potential risks.
• Support relationship managers with KYC matters and the preparation of investment proposals.
• Coordinate the opening and closing of client accounts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within the banking industry.
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian, and Russian is required.
• Strong understanding of financial products and markets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and standard software tools.
• Ability to work as a team player with a focus on high-level client service.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German.
