What you will do

• Map and design cross-departmental processes using MS Visio.
• Document processes according to internal frameworks and maintain the Process Catalogue.
• Implement process improvement ideas and projects.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and quality of selected processes.
• Gather and analyze data to reflect outcomes in process documentation.
• Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Higher education in business management or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of process modeling and quality management methods.
• English: B2 level required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Visio.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Bratislava.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Lean certifications.
• Experience with Aris, Jira, or Mural.
• Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, Technology, or HR cross-functional processes.
