What you will do

• Write and publish help text, user manuals, installation instructions, and release notes.
• Research technical designs to organize and write content for documentation projects.
• Create, test, and troubleshoot online help for assigned software applications.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure documentation is correct and timely.
• Edit materials for clarity, organization, and adherence to corporate standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, hirify.globalmation design, computer science, or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent English language usage and writing skills.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic graphic design tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with authoring tools such as DITA XML and CCMS.
• Familiarity with markup languages.
• Industry-specific knowledge or experience.
