What you will do

• Modernize Web Forms and similar server-rendered architectures.
• Develop and optimize stored procedures and relational databases for performance-sensitive SQL.
• Build scalable SaaS applications using C#, SQL, and front-end frameworks.
• Implement AI-powered workflows and integrate coding agents.
• Collaborate across teams in a Shift Left development environment.
• Ensure high software reliability through comprehensive unit and integration testing.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
• Proficiency in C#, MS SQL Server (including indexing and query optimization), and front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and SES.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and modern API technologies.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Clear and confident English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Willingness to use AI-powered development tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of LLMs, MCP, and RAG.
