What you will do

• Develop and maintain modular OpenClaw skills to automate repetitive work and unlock new business capabilities.
• Build CLI tooling for agent operations, including deployment, diagnostics, session management, and developer workflows.
• Engineer end-to-end AI agent harnesses, focusing on lifecycle management, tool execution, and model routing.
• Implement data pipelines and dashboards to analyze token efficiency, latency distribution, and business outcomes.
• Optimize LLM infrastructure through token budgeting, multi-provider routing, and context window management.
• Harden agent sandboxes by implementing credential isolation and prompt injection defenses.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software/platform engineering, with 2+ years of hands-on experience with production LLM or AI agent systems.
• Fluency in TypeScript and/or Python.
• Practical experience with orchestration runtimes such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Expertise in LLM infrastructure, token management, and cost optimization at scale.
• Capability in data science, including log analysis and statistical profiling using SQL/Python.
• Must be based in Asia.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with OpenClaw (session config, hooks, ClawHub).
• Experience with LiteLLM, AWS Bedrock, or multi-provider proxies.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes/EKS for pod isolation and resource tuning.
• Background in security engineering, specifically regarding sandbox escapes and guardrail design.
