AI Agent Platform Engineer (Openclaw)

What you will do

• Build, publish, and maintain OpenClaw skills used by hundreds of internal AI agents.
• Develop CLI tooling for deployment, diagnostics, session management, skill registries, and developer workflows.
• Engineer agent harnesses covering lifecycle management, tool execution, context tuning, compaction, and model routing.
• Build data pipelines and dashboards to analyze token efficiency, failures, latency, and business outcomes.
• Optimize LLM infrastructure, agent throughput, response quality, and cost efficiency.
• Harden agent sandboxes and collaborate with product and business teams on scalable agent workflows.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software or platform engineering experience and 2+ years working hands-on with production LLM or AI agent systems.
• Strong experience with modular tool or CLI development and fluency in TypeScript and/or Python.
• Practical experience with OpenClaw, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent agent orchestration runtimes.
• Experience with token management, model routing, context compaction, and cost optimization at scale.
• Data science skills including log analysis, statistical profiling, and SQL/Python analysis of usage data.
• Ability to assess research and rapidly integrate relevant model, framework, and reasoning advances.

Nice to have

• Direct OpenClaw experience, including session configuration, hooks, cron/heartbeat architecture, or ClawHub.
• Experience with LiteLLM, AWS Bedrock, or multi-provider proxies.
• Kubernetes/EKS experience with pod isolation, resource tuning, and secrets management.
• Security engineering experience involving sandbox escapes, prompt injection, or guardrails.
