What you will do

• Translate mission and training requirements into coherent, scalable system architectures.
• Act as the overall design authority for technical solutions during capture and program execution.
• Select hardware, software, and networking components to meet performance and cyber security standards.
• Develop product line roadmaps in alignment with technology and functional goals.
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure simulator reliability and safety.
• Represent the company at industry technical forums and customer presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Computer, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in simulation, avionics, or real-time systems engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or architect role.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to government contract requirements.
• Experience with flight-dynamics and avionics modeling, and motion/control loading systems.
• Proficiency with SysML/UML, graphics pipelines (OpenGL/DirectX/Vulkan), and distributed simulation standards (DIS, HLA, GSI).

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Systems Engineering or a related technical field.
• Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or INCOSE certification.
• Experience with rotary wing aircraft such as MH-60R, UH-60, CH-47, V-22, or FLRAA.
• End-to-end system design experience using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
