What you will do

  • Own end-to-end customer interactions across multiple channels ensuring clarity and confidence.
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy to turn challenges into positive brand experiences.
  • Utilize internal tools efficiently while maintaining a human touch in communications.
  • Analyze and share recurring patterns to help the company improve the customer experience.
  • Develop deep product expertise to provide authentic guidance to customers.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs including CSAT ≥ 4.8/5 and QA scores ≥ 95%.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional customer service experience.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet (75+ Mbps download / 10+ Mbps upload).
  • Proven ability to communicate professionally and build relationships in a remote environment.
