What you will do
- Own end-to-end customer interactions across multiple channels ensuring clarity and confidence.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy to turn challenges into positive brand experiences.
- Utilize internal tools efficiently while maintaining a human touch in communications.
- Analyze and share recurring patterns to help the company improve the customer experience.
- Develop deep product expertise to provide authentic guidance to customers.
- Meet and exceed KPIs including CSAT ≥ 4.8/5 and QA scores ≥ 95%.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Minimum 2 years of professional customer service experience.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet (75+ Mbps download / 10+ Mbps upload).
- Proven ability to communicate professionally and build relationships in a remote environment.
