What you will do

• Provide ongoing AMS and operational support for SAP PaPM applications in production environment.
• Maintain and optimize SAP PaPM data models, calculation functions, reports, and dashboards.
• Configure and customize SAP PaPM for profitability analysis and planning processes.
• Resolve incidents and problems, optimize performance, and troubleshoot functional/technical issues.
• Collaborate with finance, controlling, analytics, and IT teams; support integration with SAP BW/4HANA and S/4HANA.
• Provide end-user support, training, and stay current with SAP PaPM enhancements.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PaPM (Profitability Analysis and Planning)
• Proven experience in AMS or operations support engagements
• Solid knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA and understanding of SAP S/4HANA finance/analytics integration
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and in global teams
• Willingness to work onsite or hybrid in Basel, Switzerland

Nice to have

• SAP PaPM or related SAP Finance/Analytics certification
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting/visualization
• Prior exposure to Life Sciences or Pharma environments
