What you will do

• Review Piping and Instrument Diagrams, Electrical One-lines, and Building Information Models to identify operational issues during design and construction.
• Lead strategy for high-density cooling (Liquid-to-Chip/CDUs) and ultra-high-density power for AI clusters.
• Oversight of Level 1-5 commissioning to meet Tier III Concurrent Maintainability standards.
• Contribute to BMS architecture and project requirements for operational excellence and SLAs.
• Recruit, train, and lead a 24/7 team of local and international technicians.
• Manage sustainability, heat recovery, and integration with local environment and power grid.

Requirements

• 10+ years in critical environments like data centers, semiconductor fabs, or nuclear power
• B.S. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent military experience
• Direct experience with facilities >50MW (100MW+ hyperscale preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and understand MEP coordination
• Understanding of AI workloads (thermal inertia, power swings)
• Comfortable managing sub-arctic facility in Norway with logistical challenges
• Familiarity with Norwegian DSB and NVE regulations (plus)
• Tier III Certified (ATS or ATM preferred)
