What you will do

• Own and operate the Global ISO/IEC 27001:2022 ISMS assurance schedule, managing internal audits and external readiness.
• Manage security policies and procedures while coordinating ISMS activities and resources.
• Lead the remediation of non-conformities via root cause analysis and evidence tracking.
• Act as the primary coordination point for internal security reviews and external certification audits.
• Produce executive-ready communications regarding audit outcomes and assurance status.
• Drive technical compliance reviews and promote ISMS framework awareness across the organization.

Requirements

• ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor certification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing an ISMS schedule for large or complex organizations.
• Experience with ISMS Steering Committees and Enterprise Risk Management functions.
• Proven track record in coordinating non-conformity remediation activities.
• Strong experience working with external certification bodies and auditors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with additional ISO standards (ISO 27701, 22301, 42001, 45001, 14001).
• Previous experience working directly for external audit or certification bodies.
• Relevant certifications such as CISA or CISSP.
• Experience in a regulated or highly controlled industry.
