What you will do

• Conduct KYB and KYC checks on new and existing clients, verifying identity, ownership, and financial health.
• Gather, analyze, and validate documentation for regulatory compliance using databases and tools.
• Communicate with clients via meetings and email to resolve documentation issues.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams on KYB processes, audits, and compliance concerns.
• Stay updated on regulations and contribute to KYB policies and procedures.
• Provide reports on KYB reviews and emerging risks to senior management.

Requirements

• Fluent in English; fluency in German advantageous.
• Degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• High integrity and professionalism.
