What you will do

• Own cross-product execution for strategic initiatives including OKRs deployment, portfolio metrics tracking, AI adoption, agile evolution, pricing, SDLC, CloudOps, and security programs.
• Orchestrate execution across Product, Engineering, Design, Platform, AI, CloudOps, and enterprise partners like Legal and Finance.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, dependencies, and resolve cross-team friction.
• Establish governance cadences with planning syncs, hirify.global reporting, risk identification, and resolution.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline coordination, reporting, and operating rhythms.
• Serve as thought partner to SVP Product and leadership with insights, prioritization, and decision support.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Program Management, Product Operations, or similar in technology organizations.
• Proven track record in complex, matrixed environments driving execution without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of Product, Engineering, and platform/infrastructure contexts.
• Solid grounding in Agile practices and operating models.
• Exceptional ability to structure ambiguity, clear communication, executive presence, high ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI initiatives, CloudOps, or platform-level programs.
