About the Role
Green Rock is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support the talent acquisition team. You will handle research, screening, and closing positions while maintaining recruitment analytics and candidate relationships.
Responsibilities
— Conduct candidate research and sourcing across various channels
— Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
— Manage the full recruitment cycle
— Maintain recruitment funnel reports and analytics
— Collect and analyze feedback from candidates and hiring managers
— Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with stakeholders
Requirements
— 1+ year of experience in recruitment
— Fluency in min 2 of the languages: Armenian / Russian / English
— Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting in real estate, construction, or development industries
