What you will do

• Create assets including videos, playable end cards, static and animated banners using creative production tools.
• Own creative projects from ideation through production following clear workflows.
• Provide briefing and creative feedback to outsourcing manager.
• Switch between projects and game types with high ownership.
• Learn and improve creative skills, staying updated on mobile performance marketing trends.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and analyze creative performance metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as multimedia artist in video game and/or advertising industries.
• Strong portfolio with marketing work, especially video.
• Multidisciplinary skills: video editing, VFX, graphic design, animation.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Experience with AI tools and Unity.
• Marketing ideation: competitor benchmarking, brainstorming, storyboards, briefings.
• Excellent communication skills and English proficiency.
