What you will do

• Develop and lead software for electronic payments, including high-frequency transaction systems, secure payments, and regulatory-compliant solutions.
• Build and optimize C++ applications with relational databases, SQL, and advanced data models.
• Collaborate in an international agile team on cutting-edge financial projects using modern cloud-native technologies.
• Handle dynamic situations with short timelines and strict deadlines.

Requirements

• University degree (master/bachelor) in computer science or engineering.
• Minimum 5-10 years experience in IT services and software development, preferably in electronic payments.
• Very strong C++ object-oriented programming, relational databases, SQL, and data model development.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and good knowledge of English (spoken and written mandatory).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of European languages (German, French, Italian, Dutch).
• Cloud solutions and DevOps practices.
• Broad experience in transaction processing systems and payment services (Acceptance/Acquiring/Issuing).
