What you will do

• Design, build, and operate AI agents and copilots for digital banking channels and internal tools.
• Implement retrieval augmented generation over enterprise data using vector search technologies.
• Deploy AI workloads in cloud-native environments with Kubernetes and managed services.
• Integrate AI via secure APIs using gateway platforms and handle authentication.
• Apply observability, monitoring, and responsible AI practices across the AI lifecycle.
• Contribute to shared AI patterns to enable scalable adoption across teams.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience designing AI solutions on public cloud platforms like Azure.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and building/deploying AI agents or copilots.
• Solid knowledge of RAG architectures and vector search services/data stores.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript for AI development.
• Experience with AI/LLM SDKs, REST APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native deployments.
• Familiarity with API gateways, OAuth2/OIDC, and responsible AI in regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon Bedrock or Google Vertex AI.
• Exposure to MCP or MLOps practices for LLM integration and monitoring.
