What you will do

• Take ownership of client portfolio management, prioritizing client needs.
• Handle account administration including cash management, transfers, orders, executions, and fiduciary deposits.
• Monitor risk and compliance indicators to anticipate issues.
• Guide relationship managers on KYC, client meetings, and investment proposals.
• Manage smooth account openings and closings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar banking role; South African market experience advantageous.
• Experience onboarding complex structures.
• Fluency in English; German advantageous.
• Strong team player with high-level client service interest.
• Good understanding of financial products and markets.
• Excellent IT skills including MS Office.
