What you will do

• Conduct market research across local and international markets to identify new suppliers and monitor trends in packaging and raw materials.
• Place, track, and manage purchase orders in collaboration with planning and logistics teams.
• Maintain supplier data and contracts in ERP systems, ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards.
• Compile sales and purchasing data, perform analyses, and prepare reports for leadership.
• Communicate market intelligence and procurement updates to the Regional Manager and stakeholders.
• Contribute to sourcing process improvements and adherence to sustainability goals.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement and/or logistics, preferably in industrial or packaging environment.
• Experience in local and international sourcing and supplier management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
