What you will do

• Mix build and buy approaches to architect the next-generation GTM platform.
• Replace sprawling legacy SaaS toolchains with bespoke, sharp tooling and custom-built AI agents.
• Scale up incubated projects from GTM labs into production-ready solutions.
• Contribute across all phases of software development, from ideation and prototyping to design and implementation.
• Drive operational excellence with robust metrics, monitoring, on-call support, and high standards for performance and reliability.
• Assess project progress, risks, and challenges to guide engineering leadership on resource allocation.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience building high-quality products used to achieve key business objectives
• Significant demonstrated impact on products or teams, with hands-on execution and experience guiding small teams.
• Strong product, data, and technical fundamentals, including systems design and software engineering lifecycle.
• Experience setting technical strategy practically and running critical systems migrations.
• Fluency with AI-powered developer tools like Claude Code, Jules, and Codex.
• BSc in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Maths, Statistics, or related field.

Nice to have

• Built and deployed AI-native products with strong AI/ML background.
• Experience running high-availability platforms at scale.
• Experience building software for Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.
