What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize ML models for complex business problems.
• Oversee ML lifecycle: data collection, preprocessing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Integrate models into production with data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
• Apply latest ML advancements to improve performance.
• Write production-ready code for ML models and services.
• Mentor junior team members and foster continuous learning.

Requirements

• CV in English.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related.
• 3-5 years as ML Engineer with production deployments.
• Proficiency in Python; MLFlow and Spark as asset.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure); AWS SageMaker preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
