Engineering Manager, Payments UX (Fintech): Leading a multi-platform engineering team to build and integrate unified payment flows across mobile (iOS, Android, React Native), web, and backend for 's Rider, Driver, Food, Courier, and Business platforms with an accent on scalability, consistency, and quality. Focus on defining architecture, driving roadmaps, mentoring engineers, and ensuring predictable delivery under high-impact conditions.
Location: Tallinn, Estonia (hybrid with minimum 2 days in the office each week)

What you will do
- Lead and grow a team of software engineers specializing in backend, web, and mobile platforms, building high-impact systems.
- Define and drive the team roadmap in collaboration with Product.
- Create team setup for predictable delivery, engineering quality, and healthy collaboration.
- Conduct 1-1s to mentor and coach engineers, unlocking their potential.
- Communicate context and decisions to engineers, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams across verticals for unified payments UX.
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on software development experience, comfortable staying hands-on with coding and technical decisions.
- Experience owning a product or platform end-to-end.
- Led high-performing engineering teams with strong leadership, people management, hiring, growing, and retaining talent.
- Balance execution with long-term vision, effective processes, and data-driven decisions.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in payments/fintech.
- Experience building platforms, SDKs, or reusable components.
