What you will do

• Produce and edit high-quality AI content using tools for image generation (NanoBanana 2, Midjourney, SeeDream 5.0), video generation (Runway, Heygen, Kling, Seedance, Veo), and others (ElevenLabs, Topaz)
• Create and animate AI avatars, integrating text-to-video and voice synthesis technologies
• Develop cinematic video content with strong narrative structure
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-end video productions
• Test and implement new AI tools and workflows
• Ensure high production quality and consistency across all outputs

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English (German is a plus)
• Proven experience in video production, video editing, or motion design
• Strong expertise in AI video tools (text-to-video, avatar generation, voice synthesis)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects)
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
• Ability to manage multiple video projects independently
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards
