What you will do

• Develop and maintain features within the Android SDK
• Design clean, scalable public APIs focusing on versioning and backward compatibility
• Write, maintain, and improve automated tests for SDK components
• Support the Android app team with feature development, bug fixing, and performance improvements
• Participate in code reviews and team rituals including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Work within the existing Android architecture, including legacy components

Requirements

• Strong experience in Android development at senior level
• Proven experience working on SDKs or reusable libraries
• Solid understanding of Android architecture patterns
• Strong experience building and maintaining Android applications
• Strong testing discipline including unit, integration, and/or UI testing
• Experience with high-scale applications (100K+ users), modular architectures, and API design best practices
• Experience dealing with legacy Android components or codebases
• Good communication skills, ability to work autonomously, and strong sense of ownership
