Deployment Strategist (Crypto Investigations): Own end-to-end customer engagements from problem discovery through blockchain investigations, solution design, deployment, and enablement with an accent on tracing, OSINT, analytical workflows, and custom data products. Focus on conducting real-world investigations, building tailored dashboards and models using hirify.global data, and enabling customers to operationalize solutions independently.

What you will do

• Own full lifecycle of customer engagements: discovery, investigations, solution design, deployment, enablement, and value delivery
• Conduct blockchain investigations using hirify.global platform, tracing, OSINT, and analytics for customer problems
• Design and build custom workflows, notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models
• Enable customer teams to operate independently through training, walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer
• Act as technical and domain advisor, deliver trainings, demos, and briefings
• Support pre-sales, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Intel teams to influence roadmap

Requirements

• Experience in cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence, or financial crime analysis
• Deep knowledge of blockchain ecosystems (BTC, ETH, stablecoins, DeFi) and on-chain data usage
• Delivered customer-facing technical solutions like investigative outputs or analytical workflows
• Worked with law enforcement, national security, compliance, or financial crime customers
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, notebooks, dashboards, and large datasets
• Substantive domain expertise in financial crime, sanctions, fraud, security, or compliance
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global products (Reactor, KYT, Data Solutions)
• Background in law enforcement, intelligence, or military investigations
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (BSA/AML, sanctions, MiCA, Travel Rule)
• Data engineering tools (Databricks, Snowflake)
• Published research in blockchain analytics or financial crime
