TL;DR
Head of Brand and Design (Edtech): Own and evolve visual brand including guidelines and design system for a global B2B learning platform with an accent on AI- and automation-enabled workflows and scalable production systems. Focus on leading production design team, driving creative direction for marketing initiatives across channels, and ensuring brand consistency and quality at scale.
Flexible remote or hybrid work, with a visit to our Munich office at least once per month. International team with offices in Munich, Madrid, Pavia, Rome, Paris, and Shanghai.

What you will do
- Own and evolve ’s visual brand, including guidelines and design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Lead the production design team, setting priorities, workflows, and quality standards to deliver fast and reliably at scale.
- Drive creative direction and execution for major marketing initiatives across web, campaigns, lifecycle, paid, events, and video.
- Build scalable production systems, including templates, modular asset kits, and repeatable formats.
- Establish AI- and automation-enabled design workflows that improve speed and quality while staying brand-safe and compliant.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, and Growth Marketing; act as brand ambassador to international teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital design, visual communication, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years leading creative or marketing teams in cross-functional environment.
- Proven brand and digital marketing design experience with portfolio showing systems thinking and multi-channel execution.
- Strong command of modern digital design workflows across web, campaigns, email, social, paid media, and video.
- Working knowledge of performance-oriented marketing design, AI literacy for creative production, quality control, licensing, and brand governance in B2B context.
- Excellent English; strong prioritization, stakeholder management, calm under deadlines.
