• Contribute to establishing best practices for AI agent setups.
• Partner closely with engineers and PMs, especially in person.
• Stay on top of latest AI tools and integrate them into design workflows.
• Get mentored by staff-level designers while solving creative problems.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• 0-3 years of design experience
• Collaborative and customer-centric mindset
• Not afraid to speak up on user experience issues
• Enjoys partnering with engineers and PMs
• Technical acumen is a plus
