What you will do

• Work directly on the product codebase without management layers.
• Collaborate with team members and customers to ship features quickly.
• Design data models, optimize queries, and handle performance tradeoffs.
• Build clean, maintainable server-rendered UIs with HTML/CSS and interactivity.
• Break down ambiguous problems, prioritize, and ship independently.

Requirements

• Strong Django and Python fundamentals including ORM, migrations, signals, and common patterns
• Experience with DRF, Celery, Channels, or similar tools
• Ability to build clean UIs with server-rendered approaches, good HTML/CSS, and usability focus
• PostgreSQL experience and skills in efficient queries/performance
• Clear communication and high ownership/self-direction
• Curiosity about end-to-end system understanding
