Requirements

• Strong chemistry expertise: PhD/Master's candidates, research chemists, Olympiad competitors (IChO/USNCO), or applied professionals in materials/pharma/energy.
• Advanced knowledge in areas like organic synthesis, retrosynthesis, stereochemistry, thermodynamics, quantum chemistry, or enzyme mechanisms.
• Ability to apply first-principles reasoning, identify conceptual gaps, and verify feasibility as in peer-reviewed work.
• Pass short chemistry assessment (~30 min) on reaction mechanisms and chemical intuition.
