What you will do

  • Own and manage customer accounts to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and value realization
  • Act as trusted advisor and SME in cybersecurity risk and platform capabilities
  • Drive platform adoption, engagement, and expansion aligned with customer objectives
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership on strategic account plans and best practices
  • Provide customer feedback to product and service teams
  • Build executive-level relationships and solve customer challenges for business impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, third-party risk management, or cyber insurance
  • Proven relationship-building with executives and stakeholders
  • Experience in strategic account planning, QBRs, renewals, upsell/cross-sell
  • Strong technical aptitude to understand and demo platform capabilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global team
