• Support CDP vendor selection with requirements and scoring
• Design customer data architecture including mastering, accuracy, and sharing rules
• Lead business change planning, training, and phased rollout across markets

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering CDP or customer data transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of customer data architecture and data governance
• Salesforce Expert
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams
• Experience in multi-market rollout and change management
