What you will do

• Gather business requirements and design transportation solutions using OTM modules including order management, planning, execution, and visibility
• Lead implementation work packages ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, quality, and DevOps practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and partners on solution design, workshops, and customer activities
• Support testing, deployment, post-go-live issue resolution, and continuous improvement of transport solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5–8 years experience with OTM implementations and support, including 3–4 full lifecycle projects in Oracle Cloud
• Strong knowledge of transportation processes: planning, execution, visibility, freight audit
• Experience in Agile/DevOps, GAP analysis, OTM integrations (e.g., HERE, Transporeon), testing, and client workshops
• Strong communication and consulting skills in global, cross-functional environments
