What you will do
- Define and execute technical strategy, budgeting, and delivery plans for sustaining products and launching new initiatives with stakeholders.
- Translate product requirements into Agile plans, monitor progress, and report on scope, timeline, cost, and quality.
- Foster collaboration between development and quality teams to maximize test automation and integrate responsibilities across the lifecycle.
- Manage team capacity, productivity, risks, and metrics while contributing to corporate strategy as part of senior management.
- Partner with HR on talent attraction, hiring, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
- Build high-performing, adaptable teams focused on continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in software development in medical devices or regulated industries like life sciences or diagnostics.
- Experience leading 10+ engineer teams with validated processes, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Strong Agile practices in regulated environments, software architecture knowledge (multi-tenant SaaS, scalability, data integrity).
- Expertise in data modeling, database design, budgeting, and risk mitigation for complex portfolios.
- Proven track record delivering initiatives on time and budget.
