What you will do

• Underwrite new deals and manage existing exposures, recommending actions to Head of Credit
• Monitor credit risk at portfolio level and implement strategies to reduce exposure and losses
• Develop and maintain risk management framework, risk registry, quantify exposures, propose preventative actions
• Create key policies including Business Continuity Planning and Third Party Risk Management
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to automate risk interventions

Requirements

• 4+ years as credit risk, corporate finance, audit or business operations professional with proven performance
• Experience analyzing financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)
• Strong analytical skills using data to drive actions and results
• Communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in fast-paced environment
• Strong automation and AI capabilities
• Fluent written and spoken English
