Senior Decision Scientist (Applied Data)

Focus on designing A/B tests, analyzing fraud patterns, monitoring KPIs, and enabling self-service analytics for cross-functional teams.

Location: Hybrid (2 days in office recommended, offices across Europe, HQ in Vilnius)

Salary: €67,700 - €91,500 gross per year

What you will do

• Partner with product teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver data-driven recommendations on critical business questions.
• Detect and investigate fraud patterns alongside other decision scientists.
• Design, test, and analyze experiments using statistical methods and visualization to validate impact.
• Select, monitor, and analyze team KPIs, flagging issues and root causes.
• Build self-service dashboards for stakeholders to access insights independently.
• Promote data-driven culture through analytics best practices.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• 3+ years in Decision Science or Data Analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills balancing depth with business impact
• SQL and Python for data analytics
• BI tools experience (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Knowledge of statistical methods (A/B testing, regression, inferential techniques)
