Salary: €18,000–€25,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery for enterprise localization projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and linguists, providing guidance and resolving issues proactively.
• Handle projects independently during weekend coverage in your time zone.
• Anticipate challenges, make timely decisions to unblock projects, and maintain momentum.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize processes.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on project goals and status.

Requirements

• Availability to work a Wednesday-Sunday schedule
• 5+ years of experience in Localization and Project Management
• Strong self-motivation, ownership, and outcome-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills for multiple demands
• Proficiency in localization processes, internationalization, and relevant technologies
