What you will do

  • Lead revenue functions with a scalable data-driven operating model aligned to commercial strategy.
  • Translate strategy into operational plans, metrics, forecasts, and executive insights on pipeline health.
  • Own commercial tech stack including Salesforce architecture, governance, and adoption across teams.
  • Design and operate Management Operating System (MOS) for reviews and accountability.
  • Oversee sales planning, quotas, territories, incentives, and performance management.
  • Enable GTM campaigns, partner with marketing on demand gen, and adopt AI for efficiency.
  • Build and mentor high-performing RevOps team with clear roles and career paths.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy in B2B tech or infrastructure software
  • Proven SVP/VP success partnering with C-suite on commercial performance
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce including enterprise implementations and multi-org consolidation
  • Ownership of forecasting, pipeline management, sales planning, compensation design, revenue analytics
  • Experience building formal commercial MOS with executive rigor
  • Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, executive presence, and cross-functional influence
