TL;DR

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom. Hybrid approach with teams in the office around four days a week. UK based role requiring right to work in the UK.

What you will do

  • Support Account Directors in delivering integrated planning and activation, preparing implementational responses, and maintaining client/partner relationships.
  • Translate high-level media strategies into tactical cross-channel plans and integrated roadmaps aligned with brand/performance goals using OASIS framework.
  • Contribute to cross-channel optimisation, implement measurement and media testing frameworks, analyse performance data, and coordinate PCA insights.
  • Implement and test new tools/technologies like AI-driven optimisation using WPP Open and Open Intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Account Directors, Comms Planners, Strategists, and activation specialists for unified execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in media planning, digital activation, or implementational planning for complex client accounts.
  • Solid understanding of cross-channel planning (digital, audio, VOD, AV), data analysis, media testing, and client support. Right to work in the UK required.
  • Knowledge of full media landscape, core buying platforms, planning/optimisation tools including WPP Open.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance optimisation and awareness of AI-driven tools.
  • Collaborative mindset with proactive problem-solving and market trend awareness.
