Focus on documenting customer-specific workflows, simplifying SaaS concepts for executives, and advancing opportunities through data-driven business impact storytelling.

Remote opportunity: candidates must reside in central Florida and be commutable to Miami or Jacksonville for local travel to customer accounts. Must have a valid driver’s license.

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to support discovery, solution positioning, and opportunity progression
  • Conduct customer discovery conversations to understand workflows, pain points, and priorities, translating them into commercial value narratives
  • Develop data-driven value cases demonstrating business impact and ROI
  • Document and present customer-specific workflows and recommendations
  • Simplify complex SaaS and enterprise concepts for business and executive audiences

Requirements

  • Experience in quota-carrying or split-quota roles
  • Partnering with Account Executives or sales teams
  • Supporting live deals and customer conversations
  • Presenting to executive stakeholders
  • Selling or positioning SaaS/enterprise solutions
