What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python and Django for platform functionality and scalability.
• Share best practices, mentor less experienced engineers, and implement team process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product team, and stakeholders to bring innovative ideas for system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve platform issues, take ownership of tasks from start to completion, and ensure code efficiency.
• Use Git for version control and track code changes.

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Python and Django
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and optimizing database performance
• Understanding of software design principles and building REST APIs
• Proficiency in Git and version control best practices
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Excellent time management, ability to meet deadlines, and proactive mindset
