Salary: €5,876 - €8,395 (scale 10, 36 hours)

What you will do

• Take ownership of squad architecture and technical solutions aligning with enterprise architecture.
• Design robust, scalable systems easy to operate, maintain, and evolve in fast-paced IT ecosystems.
• Monitor market trends and translate them into concrete IT solutions for the Financing domain.
• Guide teams from current state to target architectures, support technical designs, security, and delivery.
• Participate in proof-of-concepts, align designs with peers, drive architectural approvals, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• Good command of English (business level); Dutch is an advantage.
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or relevant field.
• 5+ years experience in Agile/Scrum with DevOps mindset; large complex organizations.
• Deep knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) and architecture methodologies (Archimate, DYA, TOGAF, DAMA-DMBOK).
• Experience in Financing; data-driven areas advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, conceptual thinking, analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience in Data Driven areas.
• Dutch language skills.
