What you will do
- Shape and produce brand identity across social media, videos, merchandise, and public speaking.
- Build brand narrative reflecting independence, speed, and underground mindset using unconventional formats.
- Support founder personal brand through media, PR, and content strategies.
- Manage full production pipeline for owned and external platforms, from scripting to release.
- Build and lead flexible production teams including in-house, freelance, and outsourced talent.
- Drive virality on TikTok and YouTube, analyze trends, and maintain content calendar tied to game updates.
Requirements
- Russian and English as working languages
- Understanding of international markets: US, MENA, LATAM, Europe
- 5+ years in content production (video, social media, brand media).
- Portfolio with viral cases reaching millions of views.
- Experience producing YouTube channels, podcasts, or CEO media.
- Full-cycle video production management and team building.
- Strong visual taste, narrative skills, humor, and business awareness.
Nice to have
- Experience in gaming industry or with gaming audiences.
- Successful personal content project.
- Basic motion design or editing skills.
- Experience in Dubai or Middle Eastern markets.
