What you will do

  • Partner with Korea Sales to prioritize and drive customer product adoption through onboarding and enablement.
  • Gather and synthesize Korean market feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Develop business requirements and influence the product roadmap based on market insights.
  • Work directly with key customers to resolve pain points and maximize platform value.
  • Design tools and processes to enhance efficiency for sales and product teams.
  • Communicate product updates and market trends across GTM, Product, and Engineering.

Requirements

  • Business-level proficiency in Korean and English for local customer work and global collaboration.
  • 4–7 years in product operations, product management, strategy consulting, or similar, ideally in ad tech, mobile marketing, or SaaS.
  • Solid understanding of Korean mobile advertising ecosystem, key players, and dynamics.
  • Analytical skills to identify patterns, validate with evidence, and recommend actions.
  • Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences across time zones.
  • Self-directed with cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environment.
