TL;DR
Strategic Operations (Outreach/SEO): Executing publisher outreach, contact research, backlink requests, response handling, and tracking workflows to increase Pearl Talent’s visibility in search engines and AI-generated recommendations with an accent on personalized communication, data quality, and adaptable operations. Focus on identifying citation opportunities, managing follow-ups, reporting outreach performance, and transitioning validated workflows into broader growth and automation tasks.
Location: Fully remote; Philippines preferred, open to LATAM and other remote regions. Flexible schedule with willingness to work US EST time zone.

What you will do
- Research citation opportunities and identify authors, editors, content managers, and webmasters.
- Personalize and send backlink requests and inclusion pitches to publishers.
- Manage follow-up sequences and escalate positive responses, payment requests, link exchanges, and special terms.
- Prepare blurbs, link text, and article snippets to support publisher inclusion.
- Maintain outreach tracking data, provide daily Slack updates, and submit weekly performance reports.
- Transition into evolving growth operations such as community engagement, content gap research, competitor intelligence, CMS updates, and internal linking audits.
Requirements
- Strong written English and the ability to write natural, context-appropriate outreach emails.
- Fast learning, adaptability, resourcefulness, ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to sustain 25–30 quality outreach emails per day.
- Basic contact research skills using Google, LinkedIn, and email-finding platforms.
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment with shifting priorities.
- Google Sheets, LinkedIn, an email finder, Gmail, Slack, and Zoom proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with cold email outreach, link building, or digital PR.
- Familiarity with SEO concepts such as backlinks, domain authority, and internal linking.
- Experience in outsourcing, staffing, remote talent, BPO, or managed services.
- Experience with US-based startups and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Knowledge of outbound, enrichment, automation, and project management tools.
