Salary: zł179,000–zł269,000 annualized (Poland)

What you will do
- Design, implement, test, and maintain backend services in Go for Workforce Management features.
- Deliver end-to-end features from discovery to production releases, including estimation and testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, SREs, QA, and engineers to build reliable solutions.
- Write well-tested code, conduct code reviews, and improve team practices.
- Diagnose production issues, enhance observability, and contribute to incident response.
- Tackle technical debt and advance CI/CD, testing, and monitoring.
Requirements
- 2+ years software engineering experience, 1+ year backend in Go in production
- Solid REST API design, microservice patterns, service integrations
- Experience with relational DBs (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and efficient queries
- Containers (Docker), cloud (AWS preferred), distributed systems basics
- Debugging skills focused on performance/reliability
- Strong communication and collaboration
Nice to have
- PHP/Laravel or polyglot environments
- Event-driven systems (Kafka)
- Observability tools (Datadog, Sentry), SLO/SLI
- CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Kubernetes
- Workforce Management/scheduling experience
