Задачи:

- Analyze product performance, identify metric drops, uncover root causes, and drive growth opportunities through data
- A/B Testing. Own the full experimentation cycle — from hypothesis to impact on product decisions
- Analyze and optimize in-app and ads monetization, and evaluate LiveOps impact on key metrics and revenue
- Explore user behavior and cohorts to identify trends and product opportunities
- Work with UA to evaluate traffic quality and acquisition efficiency
- Work with DWH, ETL, and external systems (Adjust, AppLovin, etc.) to ensure data quality and enable deep analysis
- Translate complex data into clear insights and confidently communicate your recommendations
- Improve analytics workflows and actively use AI to speed up analysis and generate insights

Требования:

- Experience in mobile gaming
- Strong product thinking and understanding of metrics impact on business
- Advanced SQL and experience working with large datasets
- Solid A/B testing experience (design, analysis, interpretation)
- Experience with DWH (ClickHouse or similar) and BI tools
- Understanding of monetization models (in-app, ads, subscription)
- Experience with Adjust, AppLovin or similar tools
- Experience with AWS (S3) and ETL processes
- Experience with Python for data analysis
- Experience using AI in analytics (not just for code, but for insights)
